Pellets

Pellets are made from various forms of wood waste. Raw material is screened, dried to a specific moisture level, and ground to a uniform size. Then, this blend of sawdust is compressed and formed into a very dense, dry, and consistent wood pellet. According to the EPA, Pellet fuel has been proven to provide the cleanest burn of any solid fuel.

In this category you will find densification manufacturing projects to both develop clean rural energy businesses, and simultaneously improve forest health.
