Municipal, Special District, and Non-Profit Program

The Municipal Program specializes in municipal building energy efficiency audits and implementation. The program provides free energy assessments of municipal buildings, coordination with engineering-grade audits with the California Energy Commission, assistance with low- or no-interest financing, and financial incentives to PG&E municipal, special district, and non-profit customers in the following counties: Lassen, Plumas, Sierra, Nevada, Placer, El Dorado, Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa, Tuolumne, Alpine, Butte, Sutter, and Yuba.

The program will also offer assistance incorporating energy policy into long and short range planning documents. Additionally, these services will be able to assist with energy code compliance and development of green house gas emission inventories for climate and energy action plans.
