Teichert/Stonebridge Properties Founded in 1887, Teichert's two main operating companies are Teichert Construction and Teichert Materials. Teichert Construction holds California State Contractor's License #8, the oldest active license in California. Teichert Construction is a general contractor that provides services for residential, commercial, and public works projects. Teichert Materials produces a wide variety of building materials for any size construction project, including graded rock and sand, readymix concrete, asphaltic concrete, and precast products. Pacific Forest and Watershed Lands Stewardship Council The Pacific Forest and Watershed Lands Stewardship Council (Stewardship Council) is a private, nonprofit foundation that was established in 2004 as part of a Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) settlement. We have two goals: to ensure that over 140,000 acres of California’s pristine watershed lands are conserved for the public good through our Land Conservation Program, and to invest in outdoor programs that serve California’s young people through our Youth Investment Program. Bringing a broad range of interests and expertise to the Stewardship Council, our Board of Directors is made up of leading conservation, natural resource management, business, and public officials.
The Stewardship Council is working collaboratively with the people of California on this historic effort.

DNC Parks & Resorts at Yosemite (DNC) provides the majority of visitor services in Yosemite National Park, including lodging accommodations from the classic ambiance of The Ahwahnee, Yosemite's Four-Diamond, national historic landmark hotel, to the rustic tent cabins of the High Sierra Camps. As an authorized National Park Service concessioner in Yosemite since 1993, DNC also provides commercial recreational activities, such as rock climbing instruction through the world-renowned Yosemite Mountaineering School, saddle trips into the high country wilderness, and a full compliment of winter activities and instruction at the Sierra's first ski resort, Badger Pass.
